When assigning a Digital Forensic case, try to assign an engineer with deep knowledge of operating systems, applications, and features.
Keep at least 2 engineers on 2 different shifts. Within this time, you should also prepare 2 more engineers that can perform forensics as backups. Do not assign them directly to the main client. Give demo forensic cases to the engineers and sub-assign them to the main engineers when they perform forensics in live.
Crypto and blackmailing cases can be assigned to any engineer based on their performance. Assign someone with a good attendance rate for Blackmailing cases and sub-assign someone with a better performance history. So the sub-assignee can submit the report within the deadline if the main assignee can not reach the goal in time.
You should make sure that the engineers are solving all types of projects without your help, regardless of the challenges and obstacles. You should also learn to make the engineers complete tasks with a positive vibe and empathetic behavior.
